“ Food was very very good reminded me of Thailand. I had the chicken Pad krapao and SomTum (papaya salad) both of which were full of flavour and had a really nice kick to them. (Highly recommend) I also had the chicken massaman curry and prawn spring rolls which were really good, clean plates all round Aroy Mak ”
“ Excellent! Had such a lovely meal here tonight. The food was excellent soooo tasty, flavourful and fresh. The staff were lovely and very helpful. This is the best Thai I have had in Scotland would 100% recommend! ”
“ Lovely Thai restaurant. We had a selection of starters, which were all delicious. For the main course I went for the Pad Krapow, which was one of my favourite dishes when I visited Thailand a while ago. The staff kindly asked me if I was sure because it is really spicy, I said yes, and it turned out exactly how I imagined it. The place seems very busy so best book a table in advance. And bring plenty of time because the food might take a while to prepare. They kindly warned us about that on the phone when we booked the table, and in retrospect, I don't think they took exceedingly long. Overall we had a lovely evening at Mae Ping. Would absolutely recommend! ”
“ Another fabulous meal at Mae Ping tonight. Celebrating our daughter’s 10th birthday. Mae and the team were friendly and very attentive, as always. The food was amazing. Would love to get a hold of the recipes for the Tom Yum and Tom Kha soups ”
“ Went with 2 colleagues from work it was quite late and many other restaurants were Turing customers away, we were given a warm welcome and served the most delicious food cooked perfectly. Great friendly service ”
“ Super friendly, family-run restaurant. We were so well looked after, everyone was super kind. The beef panang curry for fragrant and delicious, and the strips of steak cooked to perfection. Definitely order coconut rice, it's to die for. The sharing platter to start was a delicious mix of tempura items. It says for two but we shared it between three of us and it was plenty. The dipping sauces were particularly excellent. Although it's on a main street, there is a massive car park behind the building which is easily accessible through the road and also via an alley. Well worth the trip from Fife, will definitely be back. ”
“ Best restaurant in Perth in my opinion. Just had a lovely takeaway meal of Thai Red Curry Chicken (37) and Sweet n Sour Pork (47) with sticky rice. Food was amazing and so fresh. Great quality meat & crunchy veg. Will definitely be back ”
“ Had the chance of a lovely takeaway here. My wife loved the food so much so cleared every bite. They tend not to do takeaway and had to ask the chef but they managed to fit us in. Parking isn’t great but if you time it well you can dive in and out. ”
